When can I expect my order? 

The information below reflects the estimated time an order will take to arrive once it has shipped and does not account for processing & production times. If you have a time-sensitive order, contact us.

Within USA:
First Class Mail approx. 2-5 business days 
Priority Mail approx. 1-3 business days
International:
First Class International approx. 7-21 business days
Priority Mail International approx. 6-10 business days 
(We do not cover or pre-pay VAT & other international taxes)

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. All of this information and more can be found on the USPS website

Return Policy 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have a question about an item or sizing prior to ordering, contact us. 

Do you ship Internationally? 

Yes, we ship worldwide.

What does "Limited Run" mean? 

Items marked "limited run" are artist collaborations that we've only made a limited number of. Typically they will not be restocked or reprinted.

What is a Ship Delay? 

When we go on break/vacation, we instate a ship delay which will be announced on the homepage of the site, Instagram, and on our SHIP DELAY info page - here. 

What's the best way to contact TV DAD about an order, problem, or question? 

EMAIL! Please hit us up at hi@tvdad.co with any questions or issues. We do not respond to inquiries via Instagram. 

Do you have a physical store or stockists? 

Currently we only sell directly from this shop.

Do you offer in-person pick-up for local orders?

No, all orders are shipped via USPS only.  

Do you offer a brand ambassador or sponsorship program? 

No.

Do you take custom orders? 

No. 

Can you make me a hat in a different color?  

No.

I want something but it's SOLD OUT. Will it be restocked? 

Most "SOLD OUT" items are gone for good. If we decide to restock an item, it will be in limited quantities. If you have a restock question about a particular item, email us!
