Do you make your products?
All of our embroidered items are machine stitched & hand finished by us in our studio.
What does "Limited Run" mean?
Items marked "limited run" are rare artist collaborations that we've only made a small number of. Typically these limited items will not be restocked/reprinted/ever made again. So if you dig something, grab it up.
How long will it take to get my stuff?
Orders are packed & shipped anywhere from 1-7 business days from when the order is placed. All of our embroidered items are made to order, so allow up to 7-10 business days for production. We are typically able to produce embroidered items in less time, but no guarantees. Orders are shipped out twice a week. If we're on break, there will be a ship delay which will be announced on our homepage.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
When can I expect my gear to arrive?
Orders within the U.S.: First Class Mail takes approx. 2-4 business days, Priority Mail takes 1-2 business days. International Orders: First Class International shipping can take anywhere from 7-21 business days and Priority Mail International takes 6-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number in an email once your order ships. All of this information and more can be found on the USPS website. These durations are all estimates provided by USPS and are only in effect once your order has shipped, not when your order has been placed. Our shipped rates are weight-based. For international orders if applicable, import duties are not paid by TV DAD and are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your Return Policy?
Due to the limited & made to order nature of our goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you're concerned about sizing, contact us and we'll help you determine the right fit. If you've ordered the wrong size, reach out and we'll work to make it right.
Do you have a physical store or stockists?
Right now we only sell our goods from this website. We're always looking to stock our goods in cool brick & mortar shops, so if you know of a local shop that you think would dig our gear, let us & them know! Also, check out our events page for our upcoming pop ups.
What is a "Ship Delay"?
A ship delay occurs when we go on break/vacation! If we're on break and there is a ship delay going on, it'll be announced on the homepage of the site, via Instagram, and on our SHIP DELAY info page - here.
Do you take custom orders?
I want one of your items in a different color, will you make it for me?
I want something but it's SOLD OUT. Will it be restocked?
Everything that we sell is small batch, meaning that we don't stock large quantities of anything. If we restock an item, there will still only be a small number of that item available, so cop it if you want it! If you have a question about a particular item, ask us.
