Yes, we ship worldwide.

Many of our hats are made to order and are physically stitched in-house by us. These items can take up to 3 weeks for production.

All items within the same order will ship together, so any order containing a made to order item will take more time prior to shipment.

Yes, we offer in-person pick-ups at our studio located in Hudson, NY.

While we do not regularly accept returns, refunds or exchanges, we are willing to make accommodations for certain instances.

Many of our items are limited edition and won't ever be restocked or remade. However, we've been known to bring back some customer favorites every now and then!
